J. Baldwin's Restaurant

Came here for the first time recently and loved it! The waiter was very patient and answered all of our questions regarding the cocktail and dinner menus. He also gave great recommendations to us both. The food was rich and very flavorful. We enjoyed everything so much, we didn't want to stop eating! We will definitely come back again to try some of the other recommendations.

Best food in town but had to wait for our “reserved” table for over an hour. Also had to wait for our food for almost an hour on top of it. The management apologized and were very nice. They complemented us with some appetizers and couple of desserts, but unfortunately it was an incredibly long amount of time for making us wait; over two hours. We’ll definitely give it another try though.

Everything about this place is First Class from start to finish! The atmosphere the professional service and excellence of cuisine in taste and presentation..you feel special welcome and leave with a smile on your face..the Baldwin's have it all and never fail to make my friends and I want to come back again! In the restaurant business these high marks are rare and to continually achieve them almost unheard of! For my first experience here it was great. Cynthia was our server and she was super amazing. The entire staff welcomed my huge family with great professionalism. We thank you all.

Food was absolutely delicious. Pairing of flavours had us enjoying every fork full. We had already started enjoying our entrees when photos were taken. Ambiance was very cozy. Live entertainment added to the evening. We will definitely be back!

Visited for Valentines evening, and the restaurant was perfectly ambient. The staff looked phenomenal and the service was as well! The food... was beyond perfection. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Thank you!

This is a wonderful spot in Clinton Township/Macomb. Family owned, it is a gem. The food is creative and innovative. Everything is high quality and well done. The service is also excellent.

Went on a double date with my sister and her significant other as well with my husband and I. The food was good and the drinks were great. I didn't expect the place to be expensive until I looked at the menu.

Phenomenal food and service. Their menu has the perfect variety of food without being too big. I went here for my birthday with family and everyone loved their food. The desserts I'm pretty sure were everyone's favorite. Their food has a much fresher taste to it than your average restaurant. Highly recommended!

Stopped by on Saturday with the wife for a few apps. We ended up gettng the three apps combo deal. First the platter is a smaller portion than the standard appetizer, not a big difference, we actually thought the portion end up working better for the two of us. Plus we got to sample three apps. All the appetizers were excellent I particularly like the shrimp, those are amazing and flavorful. Will definitely be stopping by again.

I've eaten there twice while in town visiting family. A very nice restaurant. My wife and Mother had the Beat Salad. Both added a protein and really enjoyed it. I had the lamb burger which was really nice. Others had fish. Not cheap, but nice quality. Good for a special family event!

Ordered Takeout... OMG!So freakin good and great service. We got Shrimp & Grits and Margherita Pizza. Both were phenomenal and the presentation was top notch. Will definitely be returning to try other stuff.

They've been around for a while and they're still great at making good food and good drinks. I take clients here on regular basis and have literally never been disappointed. Service is professional and consistently good. Menu favorites include: calamari (must try), lamb chops, and ahi tuna. Their pizza looks great too - never tried it myself, but good feedback from my dining partners. Highly recommend.

My kids love the build your own pizza kid's meal! And my halibut with lobster risotto was absolutely delicious! The service was phenomenal, I was taking my daughter out for a nice dinner for the two of us and they made us feel very special, even giving her a rose to take home. The only thing that was not perfect was the blackberry peach cobbler. It was served cold in a cast iron pan with ice cream. It tasted fine, but would be perfect if it was warm and melty! We will definitely be back again!

Fantastic dining experience, the crafted cocktails were amazing, the boom boom shrimp was an awesome appetizer. I had the New York strip, super tasty cut and cook. Overall a fantastic experience, staff was great and the food was brilliant.

First time here. Good date night place or casual dining. Food was delicious the Fig Pizza excellent. Nice variety of food will be back
